Go to the designated Citi points conversion page and perform conversion

Step 2

Verify your identity with Citi

Enter the last 4 digits of your Citi Credit Card to receive a one-time password

Step 3

Select the number of Points to convert

Convert once per day from 200 to 6,000 Shangri-La Circle Points

Step 4

Get instant confirmation upon successfully conversion

Shangri-La Circle Points will be credited in your account for you to redeem hotel rewards
